Madison West is a government affairs professional with more than a decade of experience shaping public policy, building strategic partnerships, and advancing legislative priorities throughout Indiana. She specializes in legislative strategy, coalition building, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs, helping organizations navigate complex policy issues and build meaningful relationships with policymakers and community leaders.

As Director of Healthcare Policy at Market Street Group, Madison partners with healthcare systems, provider organizations, businesses, and nonprofit clients to build meaningful relationships with policymakers, state agencies, and key stakeholders. Her experience spans legislative advocacy, regulatory affairs, grassroots engagement, political strategy, and coalition development, allowing her to successfully guide clients through complex public policy challenges while identifying opportunities to achieve long-term success.

Throughout her career, Madison has cultivated strong relationships with elected officials, executive branch leaders, advocacy organizations, and industry partners across Indiana. Known for her collaborative approach and strategic mindset, she brings together diverse stakeholders to develop practical solutions that strengthen organizations, improve communities, and shape public policy.

Beyond her professional work, Madison is deeply committed to public service. She currently serves as a Beech Grove City Schools Board Member and remains actively involved with numerous civic and nonprofit organizations throughout Central Indiana. A graduate of the Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series, she is passionate about leadership development, community engagement, and investing in the next generation of public servants.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending time with her husband, Tyler, and their three daughters, and can often be found cheering from the sidelines at softball and gymnastics events.
