Dalton Thieneman serves as the Vice President of Governmental Services and General Counsel for Market Street Group, Inc.
He advocates for clients across the education, local government, public safety, technology, and utilities sectors. Dalton has represented clients before state legislative committees, regulatory bodies, and executive branch agencies.
Dalton began his career in the Indiana State Senate as a Legislative Assistant for members of the Majority Caucus, representing two State Legislators in their work with constituents, state agencies, and special interest groups. In that role, he helped facilitate, monitor, and resolve statewide and district-specific issues.
Dalton currently serves as President of D.A.R.E. Indiana and is a graduate of the Indiana Leadership Forum Class of 2020–2021, a program that educates business and community leaders on government, politics, and policy. He has also volunteered for several political campaigns at the local, state, and federal levels.
A graduate of Saint Louis University with a degree in Pre-Law and Philosophy, Dalton went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He and his wife, Hannah, were married in May 2019.
