Evan Davis is the Director of Legislative Services at Market Street Group, where he provides policy expertise and strategic support in areas including alcohol, tobacco, gaming, licensure, and elections. He works closely with clients to navigate the legislative process, monitor policy developments, and advance their priorities.

He is also the founder and president of Davis Strategies LLC, a firm specializing in website development, campaign consulting, and social media management.

Previously, Evan served as a Legislative Assistant with the Indiana Senate Majority Caucus, supporting Senators Ron Alting and Blake Doriot and staffing the Senate Public Policy Committee.

He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Quincy University in 2022, graduating summa cum laudewith minors in History and Great Books. Evan was also a member of Quincy’s Division I men’s volleyball team and earned MIVA Academic All-Conference honors in 2020.
